paul francis bryan is a norwich based installation artist, performer and DJ who makes objects. his current work is concerned with materiality and politics of difference and asks questions about the perception and representation of differences. he utilises sculpture, photography, and sound, to explore these questions which typically manifest in multiple abstracted forms.

bryan (b. 1974) has been a DJ on the UK queer club scene since the early 1990s, performing under various guises. beginning 
in nottingham before moving to london, he was a resident at the cock and boombox, and ran his own night, body talk, at dalston superstore.

he has produced his own music, as well as music for fashion shows and a documentary film for swedish singer robyn.
